Customer Satisfaction and Hassle-Free Returns
At our company, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outline the terms and conditions for returning items and obtaining refunds.
You may return most new, unbroken seal/unopened custom kit items only within 3 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and documentation. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. If order is received damaged, please send picture of item in original packaging with unbroken seal showing details.
· Products must be unused and undamaged. No broken seals or reglued seals.
· Return requests should be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
· Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are not eligible for return/refund once process has started.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a company error or a defective product.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
